However, www.thebgd.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
B. Products
Product Warranty
Bubble balloons used at The Best Gift Delivery are made of unique plastic material which make them more long-lasting & durable because of their material type. Latex balloons used are 100% biodegradable and they are made from the sap of rubber trees. Latex is a natural product to which some individuals are allergic. Float time of latex balloons cannot be guaranteed as they are a natural product. Factors such as light, temperature and altitude affect the float times of balloons. We recommend that inflated balloons not be taken out of the indoor area, since the pressure difference will affect their appearance. Oxidation, the clouding over the surface of latex balloons, is a normal process. Foil balloons may not be released outdoors. They conduct electricity and can interfere with overhead lines and aircraft. Helium gas is a safe, non-toxic and non-flammable gas but it is dangerous to inhale. Inflated balloons are not toys and should not be given to children under the aged of 5 when unsupervised. Dispose the balloons carefully. Broken balloons and long strings are a choking hazard for children and babies.
In the event that a balloon may burst or deflate, The Best Gift Delivery cannot replace / return / refund, providing the item arrived intact to the delivery address, as confirmed by the delivery driver. As the balloons / product will be checked to ensure that they are fine before delivering to customer, our products are satisfaction-guaranteed and in good condition. The Best Gift Delivery and its entire staff are legally exempt from any damage caused through misuse of balloons as toys, or harm from a bursting balloon. All balloons purchased from us are done so with the understanding of this exemption of responsibility. All products purchased at www.thebgd.com are imported balloons / products, premium-quality, packed with The Best Gift Delivery's designated packaging. Please read our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund policy, and individual product descriptions carefully before purchasing the products. As we do not provide exchanges / returns / refunds, think twice before you purchase our products. Please note that understanding the products before you purchase are your responsibility and at your own concern.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR BALLOON IN A SURPRISE BOX
All helium inflated balloons are heat sensitive. They expand and contract depending on the temperature in the room. These should be kept out of direct heat or sunlight, hot cars and hot storage rooms. And keep them away from sharp objects.
Balloon Replacement
Open Me Surprise Bubble: Our bubble balloons are using the BEST quality & TOP brand manufactured, they are imported bubble balloons. As proven by the oversea manufacturer of bubble balloon, normally the balloon can stay floating for about 1-2 weeks, however it depends on the weather, temperature, atmospheric conditions, exposure and enclosed areas, etc. that causes oxidation / deflation to the balloon which will affect the normal floating time. Due to our weather in Malaysia and also the delivery time taken by local courier service company, we do NOT 100% guarantee that the balloon will have the same floating time and it may decrease to 4 days or less, depends on the temperature, atmospheric conditions, or handling procedure by the courier service company. We rarely have a bubble balloon damaged in transit as they are all individually wrapped and packed carefully inside their boxes. As we ensure the best quality, we provide protection to our products and they are well-checked before the delivery.
Other products such as Pop Me Balloons & Blow Me Balloon Cards are imported latex balloons, also using the BEST quality & TOP brand manufactured.
Pop Me Balloon: All Pop Me Balloons will be inflated with normal air only as it is designed for the recipient to pop the balloon with a pin provided in order to reveal the secret message contained inside the balloon. Therefore, these balloons could not float and they can last longer about a week before the balloon popping. However, when time passes, they will get oxidized, causes deflation and may not look shiny just like before. This situation is normal and will not able to make replacement, return or refund unless due to our fault. For best result, it is usually ready for popping by the recipient once the Pop Me box is opened, when it is received within the day.
Blow Me Balloon Card: The balloon is attached uninflated on the card and it is designed for the recipient to blow the balloon with air in order to read the wordings printed on the balloon. Therefore, these balloons could not float unless the recipient wish to inflate with Helium gas. When time passes, the clear balloon will get oxidized, causes deflation and it turns cloudy or opaque. This situation is normal and will not able to make replacement, return or refund.
Hug Me Stuffed Balloon: Our Hug Me! Stuffed Balloons are using the best & imported quality balloons and materials. All Hug Me! Stuffed Balloons will be inflated with normal air and it can last for about 3 weeks or even longer. Besides, the balloon may not look shiny as before when it is oxidized and the deflation time may be differ depending on the temperature, atmospheric conditions, or the processing of delivery. This situation is normal and will not able to make replacement, return or refund.
Once product sold, it is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable. Changes could not be done once the product is made and sent out. We do not take responsibility for any balloon poppage due to rough handling, changes in temperature or exposure to heat / sunlight / dangerous elements once delivery has taken place. Free replacement can only be made if it happens to be our fault / mistake such as incorrect balloon colour or designs (not same as the order stated) or misspelled of name.
Processing of Orders
Placement of orders will be dispatched on the next 1-2 working days, between Monday to Thursday only (with the exception of every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and will be delivered after the next 2 working days. From dispatch, transit times may vary depending on upon freight method selected and your location. If you are unsure about the transit times please phone to confirm with our team. Pick up orders are welcomed and please allow up to 2 working days from start of next working day to pick up the items. Once an order is made and packed, we are unable to add additional item to the order.
Description of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual products may occur.
Delivery Date
The term for Collection/Delivery Date stated in our order form is the estimated date of balloon gift product which will be collected by you or received by the recipient. You are encouraged to make order at least 3 working days (for own pick-up) in advance, or 1 week (for own pick-up or delivery) before the delivery/collection date.
For Standard Delivery: We will do our utmost best to fulfill your requested delivery day/date. However in some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will deliver the order soonest possible and arrive before/on the date specified. Please note that we are not able to promise on the delivery time slot you selected as it is only a preferred guide time, delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. Neither the delivering company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any loss incurred in the delay of delivery date or time. As we are using courier service, delivery is NOT available on weekend, public holidays & eve. If any delivery date specified falls on the weekend or during public holiday, it will be delivered and arrived before or later than the date specified.
For Special Delivery: Item is 100% guaranteed to arrive on the actual date specified when you choose this option, however it is not applicable to delivery date which falls on Public Holidays and eve. As delivery will be done by our delivery team, delivery is available DAILY from Monday to Saturday except Sunday, public holidays & eve.
Delivery Location
For Standard Delivery: Delivery is limited to certain areas and NOT available on specific areas such as Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or malls, islands (except stated in the list of available delivery areas), highlands and remote areas.
For Special Delivery: Delivery is available on ALL areas or towns within Peninsular Malaysia (except Sabah & Sarawak) including Industrial Zone areas, shopping hubs or malls, islands, highlands and remote areas.

C. Product Purchases
Payment
Payment will be charged to the credit card whose details were entered at the time of the order. The total that the buyer will be charged can be seen in the shopping cart page or in "total payment” in the payment page. This includes all items listed and includes shipping at the end of the transaction page. Payment by credit card, direct debit card (via eGHL) or Bank Transfer can be accepted at www.thebgd.com. All payment must be made in FULL in order for us to proceed your order and delivery.
Order Cancellation
Any individual who submitted an order to purchase our customised bubble balloon or other products, and would like to cancel the order shall notify us the same day of the order made (before 9am of the following day) before printing and distribution of the products. In such an event the customer will receive a return of 90% of the value of the purchase via credit card. Last-minute cancellation will NOT be accepted and money will not be refunded if the cancellation made once we have proceeded to printing process (The Surprise Bubble or other similar products) or after the following day, after 9am onwards. Cancellation must be made through official writing by e-mail or you may come to our retail shop directly. However, cancellation can only be made if your status is stated as "pending".
Modification of Order
Any individual who submitted the order could not be modified or changed. However, if due to certain unavoidable issue or purpose, customers should inform us any changes of order or details (if any) at least 3 working days before the delivery/collection date as stated during the order. We will NOT take responsibility for any balloons which already inflated, done and/or sent for delivery. If incorrect information is submitted on an order form, The Best Gift Delivery will not be held responsible. Before you submit, please ensure that your purchase of products and details are correct before you make the transaction. You may also leave comment or message (if any) at the remark box provided.
D. Discount Voucher/Code
Redeem Terms
By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- www.thebgd.com promotional codes can only be used on www.thebgd.com and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site, excluding delivery charges.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted items on www.thebgd.com, including any other www.thebgd.com promotional code, in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
- Any promotional code offered at www.thebgd.com is for 1 time use only.
- Promotional code can be used for single transaction, per order only. Order can be in any amount unless otherwise stated.
- The discount associated with a promotional code is only applied to individual product as stated or to your entire cart (please refer to the specific promotional code terms and conditions), excluding any delivery charges. Promotional codes are unique, come from the combination of different characters, and should be entered on the payment page during checkout for the discount to apply.
- Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached.
